Homes may only be rented by people who are temporarily staying in Tilburg for study or work, or who are otherwise demonstrably looking for temporary accommodation.

The minimum rental period is 3 months and the maximum rental period is 5 months and 30 days. For expats and foreign students, you must demonstrate that your work agreement or study/internship agreement has an end date and that you WILL LEAVE THE NETHERLANDS within 1 year.

We have some beautiful SHORT-STAY apartments available in the old Jacobusklooster on the Broekhovenseweg in Tilburg. The location of the apartments is favorable in relation to the city center of Tilburg. It is located about 1.5 kilometers west of the center, which means that it is easily accessible within walking distance or by public transport.

The area around Broekhovenseweg also has some green areas, such as the nearby Stadspark Oude Dijk. This park offers recreational opportunities and a place to relax in the natural environment.

The apartments have a spacious living room with lots of natural light and an open kitchen. The kitchens are equipped with modern built-in appliances and offer sufficient space. There are also one/two bedrooms. The bathroom is luxuriously finished and equipped with a walk-in shower and a double sink. There is also a separate toilet and a storage room with a washing/drying combination machine.

The houses are fully furnished and also equipped with a PVC floor, fixed lighting, and blinds.

- Some homes have a balcony or city garden. The homes that do not have this will have their own cordoned-off area on the outside area on the ground floor behind the building.

- Renting a parking space in a closed space nearby is optional. There are also 2 parking spaces available for shared cars.
