Together we let your property in 8 Easy Steps
Step 1: Initial consultation – We identify your requirements and the possibilities.
Step 2: Valuation – Together we determine the attainable rent and the reasoning behind it.
Step 3: Promotion of your property – On Goethvastgoed.nl, Pararius.nl (the largest lettings website in the Netherlands), websites for expats (expatrentals.com) and social media. Your property is also actively presented to companies.
Step 4: Presentation of potential tenants – Detailed screening and presentation of possible candidates.
Step 5: Showing of your property – We plan, organise and supervise viewings.
Step 6: Negotiation of the tenancy agreement – We act as an intermediary between you and the tenant.
Step 7: Financial completion – We finalise the financial side of things as agreed.
Step 8: Property management service – If you wish, we manage your property for you 24/7.
Tailored property management
Besides appointing Goeth Vastgoed as your letting agent, you can also engage us to manage your property. This means that, during the rental period, we act as the point of contact for the tenant 24/7 and take care of all technical, commercial and financial matters that need to be dealt with. The rent we recommend for the property is based on several factors, including your outgoings, the location and condition of the property, the number of bedrooms, the level of finish, ease of access and the surroundings. It is also important to consider the current lettings market and other competitive properties in the area. We discuss all of this in detail and agree the rent you want to charge and the rental strategy. Ideally, we like to do this in person. That way, you get a sense of who we are and the way we work and we have a chance to become acquainted with your property.
No cure, no pay
Our enthusiastic team has outstanding knowledge of the local property market. This combined with our full commitment and dedication and ‘no-cure, no-pay’ approach ensures that all of our clients are satisfied customers. In other words, you don’t pay a penny until your property is let.
Semi- or fully furnished?
Semi-furnished properties are usually let for a minimum of 12 months and thereafter for an indefinite period. In the case of furnished properties, the minimum rental period is usually 3 months. A short-term tenancy agreement with a specified end date is of course also an option. Together we determine the right approach for your property.
